I have fooled around in Fortnite off and on for years, and I have come to the conclusion that these are the best settings for me. Your experience may be different, but here are the screenshots.
With these settings I sit around 190 to 230 FPS in Solo Ranked Zero Build.
If there are any tweaks you think I should make to reach that 240 FPS mark consistently let me know so I can try them. My specs should be in the signature.
