your gpu is NON-GCN! so you cant use the latest drivers

just use latest LEGACY-Drivers or what AMD suggests

AMD suggest me to update radeon crimson 16.2.1 idk but when i update it

doesnt work it still the same version but it tell me that im version 16

use DDU and install 16.2.1 NON-GCN driver!
you have a bug in your version that was fixed later

simply run DDU in safe-mode and clean your driver
than install 16.2.1 (NON-GCN) Crimson beta or use latest Legacy-Driver

then it will work!

here this is the last/latest (maybe - because its beta) working driver or your GPU

As per the screenshot, I see that the current installed version is showing as 15.301.1901, which is nothing but the internal driver version of 16.2.1, so both are same.

Refer this release notes - AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta for Non GCN Products Release Notes | AMD 

Copied from the  release notes -

  • AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta Driver for non GCN Products Version 15.301.1901

So, the current driver installed on your system is 16.2.1. so there is no need to update the driver again. It just confusing you. Ignore the driver update notification and continue to use it.
