OK need help, actually I recommeded RX5700XT saphire OC SE to friend that has been sceptical to AMD so far, wanted to convice him as I have the same card and works as charm for me.

i7-6700

GIGABYTE B150M-HD3 DDR3

The issue is low GPU usage during gaming. Need advise, what might be the cause. Silly comments please put them aside, I need help with troubleshooting.

did he had the Nvidia driver still installed when he installed the AMD driver?

best is to re-install windows in this case!
