Issues playing Avatar on 6700XT

Hello all

Wondering if anyone else is having performance issues while playing Avatar on a 6700XT. It runs super slow, choppy and it's very laggy. I've tried Vsync and even dropped every GPU spec to low, and I tried it with and without FSR 3 on. Could it be that this GPU just can't handle this game? Does anyone with a 6700xt have some advice or settings I could try?

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora appears to have some hefty system requirements.

They list a 6700XT as recommended for 1080p High preset using FSR, which means you have to set the resolution lower, and it upscales to 1080p.

You didn't mention what resolution you're using, but have you tried setting it to something like 1280x720 and then enable FSR to upscale to 1080p?

It looks like they recommend at least a 6800XT to play at 1440p and even that's upscaled using FSR.

Ryzen R7 5700G | B550 Gaming X | 2x8GB G.Skill 4000 | Radeon Vega 8 IGP
Ryzen R5 5600 | B550 Gaming Edge | 4x8GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 6800XT

Thanks, I figured that might be the problem, I haven't tried 1080p, I'll give that a whirl. Cheers

That was the issue, dropped it down to 1080p and all is good in my world again. Cheers
