PCI-E devices are universally compatible. So long as you have a free PCI-E X1 slot available you're good to go. You could also put this card into any larger slot and it'd work too, but that'd be a waste if you had a smaller slot available.
as the others said pci and usb wifi cards will work with any system one thing I recommend on those though is get the driver from Intel directly instead of using what comes on the disc with it since they will be updated for any issues older drivers might have had.
