Host application Radeon Settings blocked by Windows firewall

I have a AMD radeon RX 560 graphic card om my Windows 10(x64) pc and I updated the driver yesterday to version  18.8.1(date 2-08-2018).

This morning Windows defender blocked the Radeon settings: Host apllication on all public and private networks. See  picture>

Can I accept the communication on my private network?

As long as you got the Driver package from the AMD website you should be fine . It uses the network to check for updates
