So there was an article that WCCFTech just did that showed Amazon had the Threadripper 1920X on sale for only $249 a day or two ago.  AMD's 12 Core 1920X Gets Insane Price Cut Down to $249 - Inventory Runs Out Within Hours

It would be nice if there was some sort of interaction with the community whereby we could take advantage of offers like that somehow.  Just saying. The VLANs are great with the giveaways, but I'd also be interested in purchasing products at deals like that if they were offered somehow.

Follow some of the red team members on Twitter.  They often tweet/retweet deals like this.  @Nellyfryz frequently posts deals concerning Team Red hardware. @Mohotashi does as well if I recall correctly.

It may not even have been a sale that was sanctioned by AMD. Could have just been Amazon's way of clearing out old stock. It would just be really nice if maybe AMD could offer community members promo codes to use on the Amazon or Newegg websites once or twice a year. Rosewill did something like that for my gaming group where we had a certain number of promo codes to use on Amazon that gave us 50% off select cases, mice, keyboards, and power supplies. Just wishful thinking I guess.
