Did you already purchase it? If so, where did you buy it from?

The Retailer where you purchased the AMD Processor needs to give you the Game coupon to redeem at AMD Awards site.

If the Retailer IS NOT A PARTICIPANT then you won't get one. Did the ad at the Retailer for your CPU mention AMD Promotions and the free game? if it did then that indicate the Retailer is a participant of the AMD Promotion and has to give you a game coupon unless they ran out.
