can somebody please help me whit error 182

this is that error when you trie to download new drivers and you cannot you get the error message 182 that says that amd installer is not able to propperly identify  the amd grapichs hardware

specs - what driver version etc?

I have the same problem. My laptop is an Acer Nitro 5 / AMD Ryzen ™ 5 2500U with RX 560X Windows 10 v1909 I have the radeon v19.12.1 driver and it asks me to upgrade to v19.12.3. When installing, I get the error 182 '' amd installer is not able to propperly identify the amd grapichs hardware''.

download the APU display driver for Ryzen 5 2500U instead of RX560X
and download the FULL installer - not the automatic one!

i have same Laptop and its working kind of well - only problem is i cant use 1366x768 - so i still use 19.12.1
