Hello colleagues,
I notice that my radeon, always remains stable with the temperature between 40°C ~ 45°C but its fans are not activated.
Is it common or do I need to worry and correct?
I confess that I never observed the fans working.
I am not an expert player, but I do live some games through OBS and everything remains stable.
Current hardware info:

Current resolution 1680 x 1050 x 60 Hertz
Radeon software 20.9.1 - Status as updated
aslong as there is not much load on GPU the fans wont start to spin 
if you play games for 10min and the fans dont spin THEN you have a problem
