Call Of Duty MW3 (Warzone / MWZ) crashing with DirectX error.

Almost every time i try playing either MWZ or Warzone, my game will eventually crash. It's either 5 minuets in or hours in, and sometimes it also just doesn't crash at all.
My PC: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7TsDCd
I have tried reinstalling the game, verifying its files, reinstalling my drivers and wiping them both with the amd cleanup tool and DDU, i've tried older drivers (something around 24.1, and 24.3 and 24.8 and 24.9), but none of them worked. This keeps happening and it's incredibly annoying. PC is brand new, have not had it for even a month.

What version of Windows are you using? 24H2 had a lot of bugs and it is recommended that those using it get update KB 5044384 as soon as possible. I took a look at your build and to be honest it is surprising that an RX 580 can handle Warzone and the recent Modern Warfare titles. How do thermals look? Do you have any monitoring software you can check to see what the maximum temperature is when the crashes happen?

Issue did happen on 23h3 as well.  Windows is fully updated to the last update. Rx580 has been running warzone on 120fps pretty stable on medium, and multiplayer on high. Its a good card, i have managed to play nfs2015 on ultra and look at that game... temps are perfectly fine, i repasted the gpu to be sure. Has never been over 78° and i have had temps showing since.

Have you done any overclocking or undervolting?

Tried undervolting to try fixing the issue but reverted. Nothing on cpu or gpu before or now tho
