Have you looked at the official COD: Black Ops III support page?
Given that all your other games are running well, you could conclude the issue is related to BO3 itself and not your PC hardware, drivers, etc. (i.e. reinstalling the drivers). That said, about the driver, I'm assuming you've installed the latest version, which should be 23.11.1 (released on Oct 25).
To answer your question, I'm not aware of any solutions at this time. However, our software team continuously updates our driver, and assuming the issue is reported by multiple customers and that is verified and reproducible, they deliver fixes in future versions of the driver.
