Avatar Frontiers of Pandora - FSR 3 Frame Generation broken since version 1.03. Will it be fixed?

As the title says, Frame Generation has been broken since version 1.03/Title Update 3 (soon after, the next version 3.1 came out which did not fix it) which also fixed UI related errors when FG was enabled. Performance overlays show additional FPS, but in reality they do not add anything, they do not add any smoothness. If I noticed correctly, AMD will be having a presentation on Avatar's FSR 3 implementation at GDC 2024 on Wednesday, but has anyone noticed that the main feature of FSR 3 is basically not working properly?

I have watched a few videos and this is effecting more than Avatar. I do know according to the individuals testing it, many implimentations are broken.

Any update from AMD on this? Has AMD contacted Ubisoft to let them know they completely broke fsr frame generation?

Update - Ubisoft has confirmed that the developers are aware of the issue and investigating.
