What are everyone's opinions on using AMD's Re-Live to capture game footage or clips? Compared to other programs such as Mirillis Action?

Just trying to find something that isn't too hard on GPUs as I am still rocking an RX480

I found it usefull and simple to use, just ALT+R anytime in the game and you are recording. It might not be super profesional, but it doesn't have a hit on performance at least in my experience playing Warzone with an RX570

I just use Windows Game Bar, seems to work ok
