Low computing power occurs when ansys fluent and CFX are run with dual socket 2x AMD EPYC 7T83/9654

With I used a computer with dual socket 2x AMD EPYC 7T83 and 9654, I encountered a low computational power issue. When I run multiple tasks (ansys fluent and CFX), the computational speed of each task noticeably decreases.  Additionally, if I use more CPU cores than the number of cores on a single CPU, I also notice a significant decrease in speed.

This phenomenon occurs in various cases. First of all, I suspect system compatibility and software version issues, but I have encountered the same problem across different Windows versions (Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022, centos 7.8 and RHEL 8.7) as well as the latest versions of Ansys. I have disabled hyper-threading in the BIOS. The NPS has been set to 4.  I have been troubled by this issue for a while and I'm hoping to find a solution to improve this situation.
