AMD EPYC 9554

Hi all -

I run a small academic laboratory we are in desperate need for help to set up our lab server. We have purchased an AMD EPYC 9554 and 9554p we have been trying to install with a Gigabyte MZ33-AR0 or Supermicro H13SSL-NT but have had no success booting.

Full specs:

CPU: AMD EPYC 9554 (Model#: 100-000000790)
RAM: 1536GB (24x64GB) DDR5 Dell PowerEdge R760XD2 compatible Server Memory by NEMIX RAM (only 12 can be inserted on this particular MoBo but plan to expand in the future)
PSU: Seasonic Prime TX-1600 Watts
SSD: Samsung 870 QVO SATA III 2.5" SSD 8TB
GPU: Nvidia RTX 8000 Quadro
MoBo: SuperMicro H13SSL-NT
MoBo: Gigabyte MZ33-AR0
PCIe: Corsair MP600 8TB (for OS purposes)
Chassis: LIAN LI V3000 PLUS

Error Mode: The SuperMicro mobo can spin up heatsink fans and GPU fans but fails to output VGA to monitor. The monitor is known to work. The mouse connected to the motherboard has the light on but the keyboard connected to the motherboard fails to respond. DP port connection from the GPU to the monitor also failed. The gigabyte mobo does not even have power to the heatsink fan or the power switch (which has LED lights). All LED lights are solid green or pulsing as in the case of LED-BMC.

Failed troubleshooting attempts include:
-Reseating all RAM sticks

-Detaching the GPU from the MoBo and reattempting to get VGA output

-Removal of all but one RAM stick left in the A1 position

-Manually shorting the power-on pins with a screwdriver as well as using a power switch that connects to the FP header pins.

-Unplugging SSD input to the MoBo

-Trying two different Gigabyte Mobos

Does anyone have any advice?

Thank you!
