Zero rpm after pc sleep

Hello, i'm using latest version of amd drivers (20.2.2) on my XFX RX 580 GTS, my problem is that i disable zero rpm in performance/ tuning / fan tuning ( i like to keep my gpu cooling all the time).  Every time my pc goes to sleep and after wake up my coolers are disabled, i notice this in previous versions of amd driver

I think there is a problem with the driver. You can report this problem with that...
