Installed a new CPU that came with Wraith Prism. I plugged the Fan into CPU_FAN header and the 4-pin into the RGB header on my ASUS Motherboard.  Installed the Prism software and when I run the software it says "Plug in the CM software to get started".  Everything is connected.  Any ideas are appreciated.

Hi,

Wraith Prism software will only work when connected to a USB Header and not the RGB Header.

If you have an ASUS Board with Armoury Crate software, then you can control it to some extend using ASUS Aura. on the RGB header, at least that's what I did.

The video is just to show how to control the Wraith Prism with armoury crate. As soon as you hit play, It will start where its supposed.
