Wolfenstein and No Man's Sky Errors - Vulkan related

Both Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and No Man's Sky will not launch unless I delete the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\Vulkan\ImplicitLayers

I have a Ryzen 2600X and RX580 (rolled back to Adrenaline 19.5.2)

This basically disables Bandicam, Action!, Steam Overlay, FPS Monitor and any other related overlays or monitoring programs related to that key.

No matter which Adrenaline driver I use, up to and including current, the result is the same. i.e I can play the games with the key deleted, but if I restore it I receive a crash dump error with Wolfenstein and with NMS, the game simply does nothing.

Does AMD have a solution for this problem, please?

Online Service Request | AMD
You can try to get support from AMD by following this link.
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\Vulkan\Drivers"
Create a "DWORD 0" to to this regedit path. The name of registry should be full path to the file "amd-vulkan64.json". Maybe everything works the way you want.

Many thanks for your reply.

This didn't fix the issue so I've sent a support request to AMD as per suggestion.

Many thanks again.
