Hello,

when i install the Drivers and restart my Windows is stuck at the spinning circles (probably cant load amd drivers)

but i can boot when they are uninstalled (booting with no amd drivers)

I tried:

New GPU (RX Vega 56, old was rx480)

New PSU + cables and stuff

I dont know exactly when it started to happen, probably some month ago.

Would be glad if someone is familiar with this issue.

which drivers cause you that problem? try with 19.6.1 or 19.5.x

I have got the same problem, i am entering on safe mode and delete vga drivers, windows no enter correctly but windows do not recognize my vga card ! (AMD VEGA 56)

Have the same problem since I own a rx 5700 XT. (Before it I was an nvidia gpu owner). The problem occurs for me randomly, I mean when it stuck on the window's spinning circles, it frozes :S
