Windows does not recognize high refresh rate monitor with 7900 XTX anymore

I do video rendering as well as a little gaming on my PC. I watched a YouTube video concerning the Pro drivers for the XTX and it said there were more options. I uninstalled the regular and latest 24.7.1 and then reinstalled it with the 24.7.1 Pro drivers (They are in the same driver pack). It would not recognize my 120Hz monitor, as it had previously. I did a system restore to two day prior and then reinstalled the regular 24.7.1 drivers. Windows still only recognizes a 60Hz monitor, not a 120Hz monitor as before. I am using my Samsung CU8000 85" QLED TV as a monitor, so there are no "drivers" for it. I am using the same HDMI cables as before, when it did recognize the TV as 120Hz. It is also not recognizing the TV as 10 bpc, only 8 bpc. (edit) This was 120Hz at 4K resolution.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Thanks in advance!

James
