Windows cannot find 'C:\AMD\AMD_Software_Installer_22.10.3\Setup.exe'. Type correctly, try again.

Hello everyone
When I try to update the drivers on the rx590 offered by AMD Software: Pro Edition, the error "Windows cannot find 'C:\AMD\AMD_Software_Installer_22.10.3\Setup.exe'. Type correctly, try again." appears. Reinstalling the software does not help. I'm currently on drivers 22.Q4 from 10/25/2022

Windows 10 Pro
AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor 3.20 GHz
AMD Radeon RX 590
RAM 16 GB

It's possible Windows has lost track of the specific uninstall routine (part of setup.exe) for your old driver.  You might try downloading and re-installing that old version that it's having trouble with and then upgrading to the most recent version.
