Windows won't let me change the resolution. 3840x2160 is recommended, but won't switch to it. Stuck at 1920x1080. My monitor can do 240hz, can not the RX6700xt? The card is an XFX Swift 309, and also have VR HTC VIVE in case that has something to do with it - so far, nothing obvious by unplugging it.
