Why my monitor LS27AG32x can't be use AMD Freesync Premium?

Hi, recently I buy LS27AG32x monitor by Samsung and I install it on my PC. First, when I close any game that is being played in full screen, the monitor looks more purple than normal. To solve this I use AMD software: Adrenaline Edition, custom color, temperature control and looks fine. Second, in the option of AMD Freesync says 'Incompatible' and IDK WHY?. This monitor is compatible whit it. Help (O_O)'

First what is the Make & Model of your GPU card? Does it support Freeysnc?

Your Samsung Monitor specs does show it is compatible with Free sync Premium.

Sounds like a configuration issue if your GPU card supports Freesync feature.

AMD FreeSync Premium

  • At least 120hz refresh rate at minimum FHD resolution
  • Support for low framerate compensation (LFC)
  • Low latency

Depending on your system configuration, some options and settings may not be available to you or exactly as shown in the examples provided.

Also make sure on your Samsung Monitor settings you have Freesync Premium enabled and for PC input.
