Is it normal that all the VRAM is getting used even when I'm not doing anything?
Edit:
It get fixed after restarting my PC, but I still don't know if it was actually using the whole VRAM or it was just displaying it wrong.
My specs:
RX-470 4GB OC (1230Mhz)
Intel Core i5-6500 (3.20 Ghz)
Ram: 8GB (2133Mhz)
Radeon software version: 20.9.1
