Absolutely nothing (or whatever MS supplies), update to newer ltsb (providing your hardware is not too old and now legacy status(no newer drivers ever).

1607 is supported until 2026 by MS. On the other hand there are new drivers even for Windows 7 that is not supported by MS anymore.

So I'd be pleased to know what is the latest working driver for 1607 if someone knows.

It would help immensely to know the Make & model of your GPU card to find out if there are any drivers for it from AMD driver download page.
