Weird Discoloration

Hey guys , I'm currently using an rx480 sapphire nitro oc + 4gb , and 3 weeks now I'm having these weird colors on my monitor http://prntscr.com/oerm6s  . I also noticed that when gaming the lightning effects and some shades will look like really low quality even tho everything is maxed ( http://prntscr.com/or0ua9  ) I have tried using another monitor but the issue still occurs , I have also tested the on board graphics to check my monitor's health but it's working good with the onboard graphs , I also tried switching the HDMI ports and tested a dvi , it's still occuring.

There is also audio stuttering when gaming which is frustrating . Do you think it's my gpu dying? Should I try installing previous drivers?

First, reinstall the game this is occurring in--it may fix it.  If not, then if you are overclocking--stop.  Return system and GPU clocks to default.  Wouldn't hurt to reseat the GPU, too--make sure the PCIe contacts are clean and shiny--pencil erasers work well there.  Make sure all required power cables are solidly connected--make sure GPU fans are working properly.  Last but not least, install the latest drivers and use a display port connection, if your monitor supports it.  One more thing, if all of the above fails, try using another cable from GPU to monitor.  If all of the above fails, you may need to do an RMA, assuming you are still in the warranty period.
