Weird decentralized fonts

Hello there,

I have a strange problem with last drivers on my RX 560.
After version 22.7.1
fonts are not centered on old software, like the snapshot.

What is the big difference between newest and older drivers? 
I can't use latest drivers cause of this issue!
Is there a setting that can fix this?

My gues would be scaling.

For testing, try setting scaling in Windows to 100% and disable all scaling in Radeon software. Could also try ctrl and - or ctrl and + to see if it changes scaling. Could also try another resolution for testing.

Stuck to driver 22.6.1
