Vulkan device not found RX580

I Try GeekBench 5 ,BasemarkGPU, GPU-Z 

RX 580 8GB

Drivers 19.8.2

Windows 10 1903

None of these programs can detect Vulkan API

How can i fix it?

 

ASRock RX7900GRE Steel Legend, i5 13600K, Asrock Z690 PG Riptide, 32gb ddr4 4000mhz.
