Can anyone tell me if win 10 still offers virtual super resolution like win 8.1 pro?
I would also like to switch to win 10 due to, or due to the fact that for win 8 the manufacturer AMD has not offered anymore driver support for some years, their latest driver version is crimson 17.7.1
I would like to switch to win 10, but if I don t have VSR I prefer still remain on 8. I wanted so much VSR because I have a Samsung fhd tv and with this option I can activate up to 3840x2160 resolution.
VSR is not part of Windows but a feature of AMD Driver Radeon Settings.
Yes it works on Windows 10 and still is a feature of the latest AMD Driver package.
Here is AMD information on VSR: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/vsr
Here is how to configure VSR: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-010
