Unstable FPS when instant replay is enabled

Hi there !
I hope I've referenced my article in the right place... If no I'm sorry

I've been switching back to an AMD card (an RX6950XT) instead of Nvidia cards for a little over a month now...
I noticed that I had FPS problems at the beginning and I found the source... AMD software! And more specifically the instant replay... Indeed, when this is activated, the FPS on games (Rocket League for example, because that's where I saw it the most) drops to 10 FPS at completely random times !
And I've noticed that I have the same problem with an RX570 even after a complete system change and machine reset...

I'd like to know if I'm the only one experiencing this kind of problem, or if it's something currently being adjusted.

My system :
Intel Core I5 13600KF
MSI B760M Mortar Wi-Fi DDR4
32 GB (4x8 3200Mhz Gskill)
RX 6950XT Reference Card
1TB SN850 + 2TB MX500
MSI A650GF
EK Aio Basic 240mm (push pull)
Windows 11 Pro

I'd like to specify that I have no stability, temperature or other problems...

Of course, I've tried all kinds of things, doing all my updates, uninstalling and reinstalling (even with DDU), waiting for the latest version or even trying old versions of drivers, but nothing works!
I don't know if it's me or not, but I'd love to have some information on this.

Thanks in advance to all of you!

would like to know a fix, this problem is so dumb.

Maybe in 8 months from now, like the sleep and monitor standby bug.
