Unable to stream on OBS without my bitrate going to 0

After updating my drivers, whenever I try to stream using the GPU's encoder the stream's bit rate will gradually go to 0. Then I tried streaming from my CPU's encoder and the stream's bitrate will be perfect.

As far as my understanding is, related to your query, it's possible that your GPU's encoder is having issues after updating the drivers. Try checking if your GPU is overheating, or try lowering encoder settings, updating OBS is another option you could try.

I got it working after taking off the "Dynamically change bitrate to manage congestion" in OBS advanced network settings

@BillyFeltrop is correct...since 23.2.1, GPU encode/decode is broken, primarily affecting apps like Parsec and OBS.
