hello I'm new here, I have a Threadripper 2950x with Asus Zenith Extreme - Windows 11, when playing games sometimes my mouse disconnects and reconnects in 2 seconds, but sometimes I have to unplug and replug my mouse

Method that i already try

• try all USB ports
• Uninstall USB driver
• Downloadthe latest driver on the Asus website
• try the mouse on another computer
• Update latest bios
• Update latest windows update

The strange thing why i have 2 AMD USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0  (Microsoft) it is normal?

Can you try a USB hub with the mouse connected to it? Could be some weird incompatibility.

Some mice have updated firmware too, worth checking out.

I think there some weird incompatibility like u said, but sadly my mouse not getting any firmware update,for now the problem seem gone, thankyou for ur guide.
