Thread_Stuck_in_Device_Driver BSOD doesn't automatically reboot

Heya guys.

I have come up on this issue A LOT.

Used system is:

Fatal1ty Killer 990FX

AMD FX-8320@4085Mhz

2x4GB 2133Mhz G.Skill @2005Mhz

Windows 10 x64 1607

Corsair Force LS 120GB

PCI-E x16 1 - Sapphire RX480 4GB Nitro+ - MAIN GPU

PCI-E x16 2 - MSI RX580 Gaming X 4GB - no outputs

PC-E x16 3 - XFX RX470 4GB - no outputs

Issue experienced on drivers from 17.1.1 to 17.12.1

Tested with system re-format and re-install.

Since i am using this PC for a test bed for modifying the memory straps on the GPU's and mine with them, i run into stability issues A LOT.

The most annoying thing however is, getting the THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER BSOD, which for some reason DOES NOT automatically reboot 50% of the times. It goes to 100% and it just stays like that. Creates dumps and stuff, but doesn't reboot.

And YES, i checked the option in the system settings, IT IS set to Auto reboot. But it doesn't do it always.

Its EXACTLY with this BSOD. I have run into others, such as TBR_VIDEO_FAILURE, but it reboots fine.

Seems like there is something broken, and i think its coming from the drivers.

I can provide memory dumps if needed, just which type.
