There is something wrong with my driver (NSIS Error)

Just the day before yesterday, I left the computer to do something else. Suddenly the computer reported an error, followed by a problem with the video card driver.
I searched the Internet all day to solve the problem.
Tried to reinstall the driver, redo the system and other operations, and found that still can not solve this problem.
In the reinstall driver, the following error occurred:

This error caused me to be unable to open it.
1. AMD Software Adrenalin Edition.
2. Software with hardware acceleration.

I've searched and tried all kinds of methods.
These include:
1. Change the cache file path.
2. Download various versions of drivers officially according to.
3. Reinstall the system.
4. Turn off virtualization-related settings in BIOS.

However, none of them can completely solve this problem, in which turning off the virtualization setting allows me to stop reporting errors in the installation driver, but the above error occurs when I use the software with hardware acceleration after reboot.

So I came to the community to ask for help, hoping you can help me.
My graphics card is RX580, which is a very old one.
