The Hell of RaidXpert2

CPU: 3970x

MB: Asus Zenith II Extreme Alpha (bios 1402)

M.2_1: Samsung 980 Pro 500 GB

M.2_2: Samsung 980 Pro 500 GB

M.2_3: Samsung 980 Pro 250 GB

M.2_DIMM1: Samsung 980 Pro 500 GB

M.2_DIMM2: Samsung 980 Pro 500 GB

Hyper M.2 x16 Gen 4 on PCIe Slot 3, Mode is set to RAID in BIOS.

SATA RAID: Enabled (works fine, have RAID 5 array of HDD)

NVMe RAID: giving me nightmarte:

I don't want to install windows on a RAID volume, i just want Windows to be instgalled standalone on M.2_1 SSD and have a RAID 1 in the hyper M.2 card.

-If NVMe drivers (bottom, raid, cfg) are loaded during windows setup, install windows on M.2_1 SSD, it will go into infinite loading screen after "getting devices ready".

-If i install Windows with NVME Raid disabled, boots fine, install RAID software, enable NVME RAID, can have 3 scenarios:

1. window won't boot (infinite loading screen)

2. windows boots, but NVME drivers showing standard controller driver (i.e window did not load drivers)

3. there was one instance where windows actually had loaded drivers, but the next boot would be infinite.

How the hell to get RAID working in a non bootable configuration? i just want windows installed on a "legacy" volume and have data on the RAID 1
