Considering constant problems with 3rd party fan control software it may be best to pull out / decouple GPU fan control from the rest of the GPU tunning.
For example, I do want to use provided (automatic) undervolt profile but also, I should be able to set my preferred fan settings regardless of the active tunning profile. Setting fan profile separately from tunning is a common enough use case that it should be made possible without need for additional 3rd party software.
