Stutters in games on the Navi video card RX 5700

All in all. I've been trying to solve problems with stutters on my build for a very long time.

Which I just haven't tried. And I seem to have found a solution that works for me:

1. Rolled back BIOS version on ASUS B450M-K to 3802
2. Disabled the item in the BIOS Erase fTPM for factory reset, but did not disable fTPM itself + deleted AMD psp 11 in the Device Manager in the Security Devices section.
3. Set the frequency to HyperX Fury from 3200 to 3600 directly in the BIOS without changing the timings.

I hope these tips help someone.

My PC:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3600 MHz
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B450M-K
BIOS: 3802, 04/28/2022
Chipset: AMD B450 (Low-Power Promontory PROM26.A)
Memory: 16384 MBytes @ 1800 MHz, 22-24-24-44
- 8192 MB PC25600 DDR4 SDRAM - Kingston KHX3200C18D4/8G
- 8192 MB PC25600 DDR4 SDRAM - Kingston KHX3200C18D4/8G
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5700, 8192 MB GDDR6 SDRAM

1. Updated BIOS to 4002
2. fTPM did not turn off
3. Turned on the security boot
4. Installed D.O.C.P. 3200 Mhz
5. Turned on the CSM, see the attached pic.

In my opinion, it got even better until I tested all the games, but in Ready or not, the statters disappeared, only lags remained, which are most likely related to the optimization of the game itself
