Well, AMD seemed to fix this last year and now it's back, as soon as I put this on, running a 6900XT and a clocked Xeon 1680V2, 4k gaming, just gets GPU core dipping to 0hz for a split second every 20-30 seconds and the game drops them comes back running 100+fps... so annoying, spent hours messing around then traced it back to this option. Turning off, remove the stutter and all is well again!!!
