So i found the solution to the stuttering while gaming on the rx6800 GPU! after 3 days and £2000 later for a new rig!
The issue is in the AMD Radeon software, the option '' Radeon Anti-Lag needs to be turned off to stop the stuttering !
i have tested it in game and for me anyways its what was causing the issue !
