Stuck on Detecting System Configuration screen Windows 11

Hello everyone. I have just built my first computer and the only issue I'm having is loading an updated driver for my Radeon RX 6750 XT. I am running Windows 11 Pro. After downloading the Driver from AMD my screen is stuck in the Detecting System Configuration process. I have seen others ask about this but no one with Windows 11. Can someone please help me out with this?

Had the exactly same problem for my RX 6750XT. Was able to install the latest driver after removing the previous version in Windows Safe mode using AMD Cleanup Utility
