It sounds like you are just trying to install driver updates, not use StoreMI specifically. If that is the case, you can ignore that error for StoreMI. That application should not be suggesting to install StoreMI as part of a normal driver update process. StoreMI can update itself and has that functionality built in if you are actively using it.
If that sounds right, I would report that issue to the support team for that application. It should only be suggesting chipset, display and possibly RAID drivers if applicable.
