Still DX11 problems on the RX 5700XT. Does anybody know why?

So AMD put out a driver update for RX 6000 DX11 optimizations, where is this update for the 5000 series? I am still getting crazy framedrops or stutters on all DX11 games, even on the lowest preset. And no my graphics card is not utilized at 100% it chills with only 10-20% being used and it clocks very low. This should be fixed by now as this is a known problem for years now. A good (or in this case bad) example is the Fortnite performance mode. On a 6000 Series card I would be doing fine but my RX 5700XT cards drops frames all the time when looking at big POIs. it goes from my cap down to 90 or even 60. These Framedrops make the game unplayable. And I want to enjoy the minimal textures and as good as no input delay of the DX11 performance mode. Another example is Overwatch. My friend with a 6700 XT is doing fine, but on my side there are some framedrops that happen that costs you the fight. I dont know if I, the game or the drivers are doing something wrong... It would be great if somebody knows an easy fix

My Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600

16G 3200Mts Cl16 Ram

Gigabyte RX 5700XT

AsRock b450m pro4

650W 80plus gold PSU

Temps are ok, drivers up to date, bios up to date...

The DX11 issues on the RX 5700XT have been a known problem for years, and AMD has released driver updates to optimize DX11 performance for the RX 6000 series. However, it seems that the same optimizations have not been extended to the RX 5000 series.

Users have reported experiencing frame drops and stutters on all DX11 games, even on the lowest presets, and despite the graphics card not being fully utilized. This can make games unplayable, especially in competitive scenarios.

It's unclear whether the issue is with the game itself, the drivers, or the hardware. Some users have reported success with rolling back drivers to earlier versions, while others have suggested tweaking settings such as power management or disabling Radeon Anti-Lag.

Unfortunately, there is no easy fix for this issue, and it may require trial and error to find a solution that works for your specific setup. It's recommended to keep an eye on AMD driver updates and forums for any updates or solutions that may become available.
