Some OpenGL games crash on\before startup on 23.7.2 and higher on RX 6750 XT, Win 10 22H2 64 bit

Binding of Isaac and Noita crash on\before launching the game with any driver newer than 23.7.2 for me. 23.7.1 and 23.5.2 work fine, didn't try the earlier ones.

Noita's log has only one line:

'ERROR: GL context creation failed: wglMakeCurrent(): The specified module could not be found.'

BOI doesn't even get to the point where it start to log, the game window doesn't even begin to appear.

I am also currently having this problem with Darkest Dungeon on a 6600 in Windows 11 23H2 64 bit, with the 24.3.1 version. Message says only wglMakeCurrent(): The specified module could not be found, and doesn't even load.
