Settings Language didn't change completely

Previous 19.12.3 uninstalled with DDU (complete uninstall in safemode) and reboot
AMD chipset driver install (amd_chipset_software_1.11.22.454) and reboot
20.1.1-jan9 install:

  • the OS language is set to English.
  • install Language was German (my region)
  • after install reboot
  • set Radeon in Settings to English
  • in Settings -> Hotkeys -> "Graphics Hotkeys" are still in German

I do not know if the Issue existed before since I am not checking this Setting very often.
