Okay, maybe unfair since I was staring at about 60 characters or so. But is it? EQ has had garbage performance on newer AMD GPUs, some people claim disabling resizable bar fixes their lag. But why? Also, I play other games, so why?
I was able to get acceptable performance in the game using DXVK, translation layer to Vulkan calls or whatever. But since the move to Dx11 in Everquest, no go for now.
Who's end is this issue on?
Windows 11 - AMD 5600x - 6800XT - 32GB of ram - playing the game on a M.2 drive.
