Second Monitor Stopped Working Following Driver Update

I have two monitors and now it only recognizes one. Can not detect the second one and now I can not get the resolution that looks half way good.

I have read multiple message boards and have not been able to find a solution. This did happen before when the update in September came out. The way that I fixed it was to restore the old driver version. When I saw there was a new October version of the driver, I decided to update again in case there was a problem with the September update that was causing this problem and was hopefully fixed with the newest update. It appears that is not the case.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? If there is any other information you need, I am happy to get it to you as quickly as possible.
