After installing the latest driver 23.9.1, I can't undervolt the card in Adrenalin. If I start changing the voltage or frequency, the computer freezes with a screen of the same color. Only a reboot with disconnecting the power supply helps, while everything works fine on the 23.8.2 driver. Can you help me?

I have the same problem with 23.9.1 driver along with other problems in adrenalin.

I would stay with an older driver. If you really need the newer one for some reason, try checking if you can still undervolt with a third party software like msi afterburner.
