I upated to 23.4.2 and I cant turn SAM on. I checked my motherboard setting and it is enabled. Does anyone else have this Issue

So you have "Above 4G Decoding" and "Re-Size Bar" both enabled in your BIOS?

I ended up using DDU and re-installing AMD software and drives and it works now.
