Ryzen 7 5700U Mobile CPU+GPU - AMD Radeon 23.9.3 not installing

Upon trying to install latest driver from AMD site: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-23-9-3

Its giving error 182 that AMD hardware detected but not supported.

This is a recent Ryzen 7 5700U CPU+GPU, should driver support be dropped so early?

Kindly fix the driver package.

The driver package is messed, isn't it?
22.9.2 installs, 22.9.3 does not.

AMD support case number is 00401834  . Log attached there in mail form
